Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped with DHL. Other couriers might be used under special conditions. 

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

RETURN 

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item. To initiate a return or exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete and submit our return form.

Please click here and complete the return form before sending any items back to us.

We will assist you in arranging the return via DHL. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund according to the applicable return charges shown below.

The return charges reflects the shipping and handling costs associated with processing your return.

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Returns within the EU

Please use the prepaid return label included with your order and follow the return instructions provided.

International Returns

For returns coming outside of the EU, please scan the QR code and complete the Return form. We will get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions and a shipping label for your parcel.

Please remember to check your spam or junk folder if you have not  received a reply from us. We usually respond within 24 hours.

We recommend using our DHL return service. If another shipping method is used, the customer is responsible for ensuring delivery and all associated costs.

Please include your original invoice with the return shipment. If you do not have the original invoice, please contact us at order@sweyd.se and include your original order number.

Failure to provide the required documentation may result in additional customs, duties, taxes, or carrier handling charges. Any such costs incurred by Sweyd may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Any applicable return shipping or handling charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Tax Information for EU Customers

We use the One Stop Shop (OSS) tax system for customers within the EU. The applicable VAT rate for your country will be automatically applied at checkout, with no additional tax charges upon delivery.

Tax Information for Customers Outside the EU

VAT will be deducted for orders shipped outside the European Union, which are delivered under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. Please ensure you have selected the correct shipping destination while browsing our website. Note that duties and/or local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Estimated Delivery

Your order is according to schedule shipped within 3 working days. Please note this can vary during holiday seasons Christmas/Summer. If delivered to a remote destination, the parcel is not always guaranteed to arrive within the estimated shipping timeframe. Estimated delivery time will vary depending on your country of residence.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a DHL waybill number to track online. If you haven’t received any tracking number after dispatch please contact us by e-mail.

Uncollected packages

Sweyd will not pay any shipping costs for uncollected shipments.
