Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you wish to return your product for a refund, we will assist you in arranging the return via DHL. Please use our return form to start the return process. A portion of the shipping and handling cost will be non-refundable as a return fee.

Please note: Due to limitations with the Swedish Postal Service (Postnord), we are unable to reliably receive returns sent via regular mail. All returns and exchanges must be sent via DHL / DHL Express using our return process.
If you choose another method or do not follow our return procedure, you will be responsible for all related costs, and we may reject the return or deduct additional fees and administrative charges from your refund.
The shoes need to be returned in the same condition they arrived in, unused, fully labelled and with the original packaging. Sweyd will not accept returns if the shoes have been worn. When you return your order make sure to include original invoice.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
