You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item. To initiate a return or exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete and submit our return form.

We will assist you in arranging the return via DHL. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund according to the applicable return fee shown below. The return charges reflects the shipping and handling costs associated with processing your return.

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Returns within the EU

Please use the prepaid return label included with your order and follow the return instructions provided.

International Returns

For returns coming outside of the EU, complete the Return Form below. We will get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions and a shipping label for your parcel.

Please remember to check your spam or junk folder if you have not  received a reply from us. We usually respond within 24 hours.

The shoes need to be returned in the same condition they arrived in, fully labelled and with the original packaging. Sweyd will not accept returns if the shoes have been worn. When you return your order make sure to include original invoice.
